PT Mitra Sarana Berkat or abbreviated as MSB is a subsidiary company of PT Mitra Komunikasi Nusantara Tbk. It’s established on 26th November 2015. MSB has authorized capital worth Rp 1,000,000,000, - (one billion rupiah). The subscribed and fully paid up capital to the company is Rp 500.000.000,- (five hundred million rupiahs). MSB was established with the aim to expand the holding company's business line, which primary activities focused on selling products issued by the operator Telkomsel Indonesia. PT MSB has total stock of 500,000 shares. The structure of share ownership as listed below:

Main activities of PT Mitra Sarana Berkat (MSB)
1. Focused on selling products issued by PT Telkomsel Indonesia, such as; prepaid vouchers and SIM Card.
2. As the retailer of the products issued by operator Telkomsel, MSB also provides places and manage the “GraPARI Telkomsel” outlets at once, which are located in Java, Bali and Sumatera.
PT Mitra Sarana Berkat (MSB) has 3 subsidiary companies as listed below:
1. PT Catalist Integra Prima Sukses (CIPS)
PT CIPS was founded on 6th July 2006 with the business scope of distributing and selling prepaid vouchers, SIM Cards, and sales store management (Grapari) issued by the largest cellular operator in Indonesia, PT Telkomsel Indonesia. CIPS was funded with authorized capital worth Rp 1 M. With capital structure of 90% by Roby Tan or 6,750 shares and worth Rp 675 million and 10% by Reno Sopyadi or 750 shares and worth Rp 75 million.
Operational areas: Pondok Gede (Jakarta), Ciamis, Surakarta, Pringsewu (Lampung), Meulaboh (NAD), dan East Bali.
2. PT Arifindo Mandiri (AM)
PT AM was established since 5th 2000. Its business activities include the distribution and sale of prepaid vouchers, SIM Cards, and sales store management (Grapari) issued by Indonesia's largest mobile operator, PT Telkomsel Indonesia. AM was established with authorized capital worth Rp 60 M with total stock of 480,000 shares.
Operational areas: Pati (East Java), Subang (West Java), Bungo (Jambi), Lubuk Linggau & Palembang (South Sumatera).
3. PT Kasih Anugerah Kreasi (KAK)
PT KAK was established on 3rd March 2016. Its business activities focused on trading, development, industry, services, agriculture, transportation, land transportation, workshop and printing. KAK was established with authorized capital worth Rp 1 M with total stock of 10,000 shares.
4. PT Permata Ibu Optima (PIO)
PT PIO was established on 25th November 2016. Its business activities focused on selling Telkomsel's products (prepaid vouchers and sim Cards), store or shop management, and sales of other telecommunication products. The PIO was established with authorized capital worth Rp 40 M with a total of 40,000 shares of common stock. While the total subscribed and fully paid up shares worth Rp 10 M, which consists of Rp 5.1 M paid up by PT MSB and Rp 4.9 M paid up by PT GRO, while the rest are unissued stocks. PT MSB owns 51% of PT PIO while PT GRO owns 49%.
The main activities of PT PIO are the distribution and sales of prepaid vouchers, SIM Cards, and sales store management (Grapari) issued by the largest cellular operator in Indonesia, PT Telkomsel Indonesia. During the process, PT PIO will build sales and services outlets for Telkomsel products called Grapari outlets, specifically in the province of Banten.
Operational areas: Serang, Cilegon, Rangkas, Labuan, dan Malingping.
