Jakarta, 01 December 2016 – PT Mitra Sarana Berkat (MSB), which is subsidiary entity of PT Mitra Komunikasi Nusantara Tbk (MKNT), has agreed to establish PT Permata Ibu Optima (PIO), on 25 November 2016. The cooperation has been listed on Deed of Establishment No. 20 from Public Notary, Besus Tri Prasetyo, SH. 

PIO is established with authorized capital worth Rp 40M, the same amount of its shares, 40.000 shares. Capital structure of PIO consists of 51% owned by MSB and 49% owned by GRO. The fully paid up capital is Rp 10M, consists of Rp 5,1 M, which is fully paid up by MSB and Rp 4,9M by GRO. The rest are unissued stocks. 

According to the President Director of MKNT, Jefri Junaedi, the fully paid up capital by MSB in order to establish PIO came from loans given by MKNT. 

The plan is, PIO is established as subsidiary company of MSB, which will be focusing in the field of trade Telkomsel’s prepaid vouchers for Banten area, which are Serang, Cilegon, Rangkas, Labuan, and Malingping. 

As known as, PT Mitra Sarana Berkat (MSB) is the subsidiary company or entity of MKNT-coded issuer. MSB is established on 26 November 2015 with authorized capital worth Rp 1M. MSB’s business activities is focusing on general telecommunication service, especially in the field of trade Telkomsel’s prepaid vouchers. 

As additional information, PT Mitra Komunikasi Nusantara Tbk (MKNT) became an issuer whose business activities are focusing on distribution and sales of telecommunication products such as gadgets (cell phones, smart phones, and tablet/pad) and prepaid vouchers. Currently, MKNT has 3 subsidiary companies, which are PT Telering Onyx Pratama (TOP), PT Mitra Sarana Berkat (MSB), dan PT Mitra Telindo Nusantara (MTN).
